Add vegetables recipe healthy pumpkin Fry

This pumpkin is a mixture of zucchini and yellow summer squash. You can use one if necessary, but it contributes to the mixture of flavors and visual appeal. Squash Medley
2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add zucchini, squash, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring until browned and tender, almost, about 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute. Add oregano.
4. Serve.
